- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of time-entry experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.

- Strong time management and organizational skills with an ability to be adaptable manage multiple priorities in highly dynamic and changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner with tact and diplomacy.
- Effective written and verbal business communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders including supervisors and subtrade partners.

Worley is seeking an Intermediate Home Office Project Administrator to work from the Edmonton Home office to support a project in Saskatchewan.
Project Description:
- 5 days on 2 days off.
- Full-time working from home office. No remote work option.
- 40 hours/ Week.
Responsibilities:
- Process Weekly LEMs for Equipment Material and Subcontractors for Client approval.
- Prepare documents for Progress/ Project Billing to ensure that all information was captured in a timely manner.
- Support project controls and adheres to policies and procedures within the department.
- Camp and coach bookings for Subcontractors travelling to site as per the clients requirements.
- Contacting 3rd party contractors to ensure they have all requirements met onboarding requirements to work on site.
- Report to Construction Managers and supports Project Managers and other divisional personnel with document preparation and filing.
- Provide all other general administrative and clerical support including filing scanning copying and collate documents for distribution.
- Maintain reports from manual or electronic files inventories mailing lists and databases. Printing reports for approval.
- Respond to client/ Subcontractor requests for inquiries on site.
- Perform other duties and projects as directed by the Site Manager/ supervision and Line Manager.
