Job Summary

Position Description



Caretaker must be responsible and have a working knowledge of various types of equipment. Must be able to perform such duties as: Mowing clean restrooms paint and public relations. Ensure that safety precautions including signs/cones are in place on all jobs as necessary.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily tasks include maintaining grounds and repairs.

Requirements

Education:

  • Related experience and/or training may be required.

Licensure:

  • Valid Drivers License.

General Information

Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time position.

  • May be required to work more than forty hours during the work week and/or weekends. Subject to early morning evening weekend and holiday work as required.

  • May be required to work two or more weekends per year.

  • May be subject to work additional hours as needed.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports to Position: Park Lead / Park Manager

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand walk reach with hands and arms climb or balance and stoop kneel crouch or crawl.

  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 95 pounds.

  • Must have the motor coordination audio and visual acuity (with or without correction) sufficient to do the job.

Work Environment:

  • The caretaker works mainly outside and is frequently exposed to hot cold wet and humid weather conditions.

  • The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and vibrations fumes and airborne particles and in high precarious places.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.



Employment may be contingent on passing a drug screen and meeting other standards.
