Explore an opportunity.As a Business Analyst you will play a key role by serving as the link between consultants external clients and our internal team of system developers. You will contribute to the implementation of new services by translating business needs into actionable programming and process steps for developers practicing the fundamentals of systems analysis design and testing. You will also consult to clients concerning the implementation of best practices provide ongoing technical support and train client teams. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical analytical problem solving leadership communication and consulting skills. Note that this role may involve some travel to client sites and other WTW offices.

• Learns and applies WTW best practices standards and tools
• Performs system configuration based on the requirements
• Executes test plans for system functionalities using WTW standard tools
• Creates test plans based on requirements and standards by partnering with senior business analysts
• Partners with team to perform root cause analysis for issues/cases
• Writes queries using SQL and analyze results to reduce rework
• Follows the System Development Lifecycle

The Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business management human resources management benefits administration Health Policy Administration or related area
• Must have a GPA of 3.0 and higher
• Beginner to Intermediate SQL skills
• Experience with the test plan creation testing procedures and test plan execution
• Analytical critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrates flexibility accountability and ability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence
• Ability to work extended hours as needed
• Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship

Compensation andBenefits:

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the roleindividualcompetencieseducation/professionalcertificationsqualifications/experience andperformance in the role.

Compensation:

The basesalarycompensationrangebeingofferedforthisroleis$63000 - $66000 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
