As an associate finance business partner you will report to a Finance Business Partner within the team and will be responsible for delivering a high-quality financial support advice and challenge service to operational frontline team.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting the Finance Business Partners with management of month end accounting processes including preparation of journals forecasting variance analysis costings
- Preparation and presentation of Management Information and other financial reports.
- Cost Analysis
- Revenue Analysis
- Management of the development of processes and financial analysis reporting to improve the businesss ability to monitor performance.
- Support with financial planning including annual business plans.
- Support with other areas of the finance team as required including but not limited to accounts receivables accounts payable bids financial governance
What were looking for:
- Part-qualified or working towards an accountancy qualification or qualified by experience.
- Good management accounting experience
- Experience of working in close partnership with non-financial managers providing management accounting advice support and challenge
- Experience of working as part of a team and on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build sound working relationships.
- Use of standard IT packages such as Microsoft Office particularly Excel (advanced).
- Previous experience using Netsuite (Oracle) and/or other finance systems.
