As the Manager of Quality and Preconstruction you will lead a team of Quality Control and Data Quality professionals responsible for construction quality assurance and site data validation across ENGIEs Distributed Solar and Storage portfolio in the United States. Reporting to the Project Management Director of Operations this role partners cross-functionally with Engineering Project Management Procurement Operations and Asset Management to ensure projects meet quality safety and data integrity standards prior to completion.
- Lead construction QA/QC and data validation activities including site inspections and Site Acceptance Testing across distributed solar and solar storage projects
- Own and continuously improve quality and preconstruction processes standards contractor training and inspection programs
- Provide subject matter expertise in solar QA/QC while delivering structured lessons learned to Engineering Project Management and sourcing teams.
- Build and develop a high-performing team through mentorship training and a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field preferred; in lieu of a degree a minimum of (11) eleven years of relevant industry experience
- A minimum of (7) seven years of experience in construction management on large complex projects including applicable training and/or certifications with at least (3) three years in a project management capacity

- Must be available to travel domestically 50% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policie
- Must hold a valid drivers license
Salary Range:$135000 $206885USD annually
Thisrepresentsthe average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIEcomplies withall federal state and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geographyexperience education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
