NextGen Security is seeking aVice PresidentWestEngineering to join our fast growing and dynamic team.

Whatyoullbe doing:

Theresponsibilitiesof this position willinvolveleading and supervising a team of engineers as they develop testmodify and create solutions to technical problems.

Manages all System Design Managers System Designers Deployment Engineers and System Support resources for each region of the West Division
Assists in pre-sales and post-sales engineering needs for projects and quotes
Research and implement new technologies& product lines
Oversee technical support to operations and service resources serve as highest level engineering escalation as needed

What you bring to the table:

Bachelors degree in engineering
Experience in management operations and leadership.

Additional Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbalmannerto customers vendorsand to those within the company.
Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customers co-workersand other personnelat all times.
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate with many other teams
Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product
