As our Registered Nurse (RN) you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery.
Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized comprehensive care making critical assessments performing skilled procedures and meticulously implementing patient care plans. - Performs appropriate nursing history and physical assessment upon admission & on an ongoing basis
- Ensures that the patient is properly introduced to the unit & his/her surroundings upon arrival in unit
- Completes assessment as reflected in nursing notes & admission history.
- Provides baseline data pertaining to activities of daily living.
- Reflects physiological condition & psychosocial needs of the patient. Reflects perceptions of patient and/or significant others of his/her problem(s) & his/her expectations of the present hospitalization
- Provides information needed to begin discharge planning
Job Requirements
Required
- Graduate of accredited RN program
- Registered Nurse: CA
- Basic Life Support - CPR within 30 Days of employment
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support - PALS within 30 Days of employment
- Basic Arrhythmia Class; passage of test within 30 days of employment
Preferred
- Acute Care experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS
