Schedule: Monday through Friday full time (possible Saturdays for special events)
Location: Ahwatukee Foothills Village Phoenix AZ
- Lead a licensed classroom and implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support daily classroom routines including meals transitions and learning activities
- Assist with staff support classroom ratios and enrollment procedures
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Observe and document student progress and developmental milestones
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean organized and engaging classroom
- Minimum six months experience in a licensed school
- Valid fingerprint card required
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong decision making and reliability
- Positive attentive and caring with children
- Ability to maintain attendance punctuality and consistent classroom coverage
