About Us
The Food & Beverage Management Trainee supports the Food & Beverage department with administrative tasks and also assists the various Food & Beverage outlets (restaurants bars and banqueting) with their daily operational activities. The internship takes place at Brasserie Marie one of the most beautiful restaurants in Amsterdam.

What You Will Do
Assist and support the Food & Beverage department with all common administrative and operational tasks Assist in recording entering and organizing reservations in the restaurants and bars Organize reservations for special restaurant/bar events such as Christmas New Years Eve Kings Day etc. Perform administrative work to support service and kitchen operations Operationally assist in the various outlets during busy periods.
