What Youll Do:
- Actively impact resident-centered care plans while ensuring all clinical standards are met and align with Assisted Living Regulations and the current standard of care.
- Monitor and ensure that all nursing tasks are performed as directed in the service plan and will play an active role in the onboarding process for Nurses and Resident Assistants.
- Support mentor and guide the clinical teams at the SilverCrest Campuses in the Twin Cities
What Youll need:
- Current Minnesota Registered Nursinglicense
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience in an assistedliving or related health care field
- CPR Certification is required
