Woody Buick GMC of Naperville is looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team in Naperville IL. This role plays a crucial part in driving the growth of our dealership by identifying new business opportunities building customer relationships and supporting our sales team to achieve company goals. Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including outbound calls networking and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up on incoming inquiries and qualify prospects to determine their needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and support the sales process.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information and sales activity.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for potential clients.
- Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales customer service or business development is a plus.
