What Youll Be Doing
- Conducting routine and non-routine tests on cement samples to ensure quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of test results reporting any deviations and adjusting quality parameters to meet the QC targets.
- Calibrating maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the lab.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members.
Work Environment
- Laboratory setting with exposure to cement and other materials.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Collaborative and dynamic team environment.
