As a Staff Accountant you will support the Finance team by recording general ledger entries preparing accounting schedules and reports reconciling financial data and maintaining internal tracking addition you will assist with compliance activities and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits. Staff Accountant Responsibilities: - Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files for both recurring and adjusting transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly basis preparing supporting schedules for accounting financial and management reports.
- Review general ledger accounts for accuracy completeness and proper classification.
- Assist in month-end quarter-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Support external audits by providing schedules reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Perform other duties within the Accounting/Finance Department as assigned.
Staff Accountant Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Management preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience required.
- SAP knowledge preferred but not required.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software systems.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
