At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking for a full-time Human Resource Partner (HRP) to join our collaborative multi-disciplinary team in Western NC.

Your Role in Our Mission
As the HR Partner (HRP) your focus will be on the day-to-day employee relations activities as well as managing the administration of HR policies and procedures for your assigned areas. You will serve as the primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees to answer questions provide coaching and ongoing guidance for employee relations issues and investigations. The HRP also serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders to support the overall organizational strategies and goals as well as supporting the design and execution of HR programs and operations across the employee life-cycle.
This position has intermittent travel within the assigned service area as needed in Western NC and Virginia.

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional flexibility to address time-sensitive employee needs and travel to various worksites as required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $60000 per year for this full-time exempt position

What Were Looking For
To join our team as the HRBP you must have in-depth knowledge of employee relations and compliance have a passion for collaboration across departments be able to track monitor and follow-up with on-going performance issues working towards resolution. We also require:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Valid state appropriate drivers license and auto insurance for work-related travel
