FP&A Manager

Your Role

Reporting to the Subregional Finance Director the FP&A Manager acts as a key business partner to commercial teams providing financial insights driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the subregion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting forecasting and long-range planning for revenue signings and inventory.

• Deliver monthly performance reporting variance analysis and commercial KPIs.

• Analyze revenue performance signings trends and customer profitability; highlight risks and opportunities.

• Partner with commercial teams on pricing deal reviews and ad-hoc financial analysis.

• Act as FP&A point of contact for Revenue Accounting and R2R teams to ensure accurate reporting.

• Support business cases process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

• Contribute to governance SOX compliance and internal controls.

• Act as deputy to the Subregional Finance Director when required.

Your Profile

• Min. 7 years experience

• Proven experience in FP&A commercial finance or business partnering in a multinational environment.

• Strong analytical financial modeling and forecasting skills.

• Strategic hands-on mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Advanced Excel and experience with financial systems (SAP Hyperion or similar).

• Bachelors degree in Finance or related field; professional qualification (CPA ACCA CIMA) preferred.

• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
