In this role you will help coordinate a broad set of activities and ensure that the materials and initiatives we share with leaders business partners and key stakeholders are well-prepared aligned and delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Help organize and track project deliverables for Senior Staff HR Business Partners and HR leadership teams.
- Assist with planning and scheduling initiatives so the organization can adopt new programs smoothly.
- Collaborate closely with Global Talent Management and other partners to keep work connected and aligned.
- Maintain key metrics insights and portfolio-level reporting.
- Help prepare the Head of the sub-division for important meetings and enterprise-wide moments.
- Support agenda planning for team meetings and offsites and assist in preparing updates for HR leadership.
- Review outgoing materials to ensure clarity accuracy and readiness for enterprise use.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of general professional experience.
- Two years of project coordination or project management experience preferred.
- Experience in investment-related roles or global/inter-country work is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience; graduate degree preferred but not required.
