Job Summary
Were looking for a detail-oriented Remote Planning Coordinator to support clients by organizing plans coordinating details and ensuring a smooth stress-free experience. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys helping others staying organized and managing multiple tasks.
What Youll Do:
- Communicate with clients to understand needs and preferences
- Coordinate schedules confirmations and follow-ups
- Provide timely updates and professional support
- Ensure accuracy and a high-quality client experience

- Customer service or coordination experience (preferred not required)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
