Your Role
As a Travel Consultant you will be the voice of the brand and a trusted travel partner for customers. Your mission is to create smooth stress-free travel experiences through professional friendly and solution-oriented support.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with travel-related inquiries across multiple channels

Manage bookings changes cancellations and general travel assistance

Identify customer needs and provide personalized effective solutions

Deliver high-quality customer-first service in every interaction

Communicate clearly confidently and professionally at all times

Represent the brand with empathy reliability and care

Working Hours

Salary and Benefits

Base salary: 1900 EUR gross/month

Performance bonus: up to 250 EUR gross/month
