What Youll Be Doing
- Lead daily quarry operations to ensure safe efficient and compliant production activities
- Coordinate and support team members to meet production quality and safety goals
- Monitor equipment materials and processes to optimize operational performance
- Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with supervisors maintenance and plant operations to resolve issues
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee operational activities in an industrial setting
- Strong commitment to safety environmental stewardship and operational excellence
- Ability to coordinate workflows prioritize tasks and adapt to changing conditions
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of quarry or heavy industrial operations and equipment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
