Pay Rates
CNA rate: $14.00 per hour
Non-CNA caregiver rate: $13.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers and CNAs to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. Caregivers assist with daily living activities promote independence and create a safe respectful and caring environment for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal care such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
Support mobility and safe transfers
Prepare meals based on client needs and preferences
Provide light housekeeping and laundry
Offer companionship and meaningful engagement
Provide medication reminders (non-clinical)
Run errands or accompany clients to appointments when needed
Document care provided according to guidelines

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Clear background check required
TB test and physical required prior to starting employment (testing provided)
Reliable transportation preferred
Strong communication and time-management skills
Previous caregiving HHA or CNA experience helpful but not required
CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not mandatory
