JRIs Childrens Friend and Family Services division is committed to assisting families and their children who are dealing with substantial behavioral emotional and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary for them to flourish at home in school and within their communities.
The Division Administrative Support and Data Coordination Specialist will play a key role supporting the CFFS Division in the collection entry and coordination of essential data to support overall operations including quality assurance compliance and improvement initiatives.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $33.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
What Youll Do:
- Provide project support for division-wide initiatives that ensure quality systems and services across the agency.
- Project support will include a variety administrative task such as organizing and maintaining project documentation coordinating communication efforts and meeting facilitation as well as technical tasks such as customizing systems and testing systems prior to deployment.
- Work in collaboration with a variety of departments to support the development maintenance and integration of a variety of electronic systems. Relevant systems may include Salesforce Learn365 SharePoint Classy and a variety of other development softwares UKG the Microsoft Suite (including Microsoft Forms and Power BI) and other systems as needed.
- Provide end user support including initial user training creation of training documents providing on demand support and facilitating user adoption of new systems.
- Support efforts to monitor the effectiveness of systems and workflows identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that solutions are delivered effectively.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Candidates must have a bachelors degree in human resources or related field.
- Prior human resources office management or administrative experience preferred.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and Excel including building and managing spreadsheets.
- Experience with platforms used for human resources (UltiPro) and medical records (eHana) including running reports.
- Excellent computer skills using a variety of applications and programs along with the ability to quickly learn additional tools.
- Experience and comfort working in a health and human service environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid drivers license and the ability to travel between sites.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed
