What Youll Be Doing
- Operate and inspect mobile and plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Perform routine maintenance clean-up and housekeeping of quarry areas
- Assist with plant operations including material handling and equipment monitoring
- Support production goals by working collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety policies procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to work safely around heavy equipment and machinery
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours as needed
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn quarry operations
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Must be available for night shift operations.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise levels
