Responsibilities- The Hospital Carpenter will perform installing and repairing wood metal and other materials
- They will perform intermediate carpentry tasks such as framing drywall installation flooring cabinetry and furniture repairs
- The carpenter will maintain tools and equipment in a safe and operational condition
- Work with experienced carpenters and supervisors to learn more advanced carpentry techniques.
- Additionally they will remove and install partitions doors and windows
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control practices in patient areas
- Ensure work is performed according to hospital standards codes and regulations
- Assists in maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used
QualificationsExperience: 4 years carpentry experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Licensure/Certification: OSHA 10: Basic Safety
