Role Overview
The Large Deal Pursuit Leader will spearhead strategic pursuits for very large transformation opportunities (USD 100M) across the APJMEA region. This is a hands-on individual contributor customer-facing role that combines leadership of a pursuit team with direct engagement in deal creation and closure. The successful candidate will collaborate with solution architects presales and partner ecosystems to deliver business outcomes aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute pursuits for large-scale transformation programs (USD 100M).
- Develop and qualify pipeline and drive closure of major deal/s.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver solutions addressing business challenges and future needs.
- Sell at the business outcome level leveraging DXCs full portfolio and partner ecosystem.
- Operate across APJMEA markets with emphasis on ANZ ASEAN and Japan.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of winning large-scale transformation deals (USD 100M).
- Strong executive-level network in APJMEA markets with ideal focus areas in Japan Singapore Malaysia Australia.
- Background in Information Technology System Integration or Strategy Consulting
- Hunter mindset focused on net new opportunities
- Industry expertise in one or more of the following:
- Financial Services (Banking Capital Markets Wealth Management)
- Manufacturing
- Automotive
- Energy & Renewables (including legacy energy providers transitioning to clean energy)
- Government/Public Sector
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment leading a pursuit team while remaining hands-on with customers and opportunities.
