The Team:

Weare responsible forthe management and improvements of the Business Applications that drive S&P Global. Our teamoperatesacross many internal applications from Salesforce Revenue Cloud Oracle ERP Data Warehouse Internal FulfillmentSystemsand Workflow tools. You will have the opportunity every single day to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and to develop a close team dynamic with coworkers from around the globe.

The Impact:

As a Senior Salesforce Revenue Clouddeveloperwho works inour enterprise Revenue Cloudenvironmentsyouwill use your extensive Salesforce Platform skills experience to help lead and improve the S&P Global Salesforce Platforms. You will make strategic decisions on the future state of the platform as well as lead large Platform wide projects on CPQ and Billing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build advanced customizations using Apex (classes triggers batch queueable Platform Events) Visualforce (if applicable) and Lightning (Aura/LWC) ensuring scalability and knowledgeonLightning components applicationeventsandcomponenttocomponentcommunication is an added advantage.

  • Drive the design development and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions ensuring adherence to best practices in Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and SDLC principles.

  • Shouldhave good knowledgeonAngular JS jQuery JavaScript CSS XML HTML and DHTMLin the Salesforce platform.

  • Extensive experience with Debugging methods such as Anonymous Code Block execution and working/writing to System and Developer Logs.

  • Needhands-onexperience in deploymenttoolslike(CopadoProdly and SalesforceCLI).

  • Ability to adjust well innewatmosphere andhavea great senseof responsibility in execution of any work assigned.

  • Produce system design documentslead technical walkthroughs and present code solutions to the Salesforce Architecture Review Board.

  • Produce high-quality code own the code quality and represent your teams technical output for workstream and product owners.

  • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.

  • As ateam-member you will be responsibletocontinuouslyimprovethe architectureandmentorjunior developers onbest practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors /Masters Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent.

  • Strong experience in APEX Trigger Design Patterns Salesforce Governor Limitsand Salesforce Asynchronous APEX (BatchQueueableFuturemethods).

  • Experience developing enterprise level Test Classes Mock Interfaces andmaintaining85% code coverage.

  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g. Lightning Web Components JavaScript frameworks like Angular/jQuery) to enhance the user experience within the platform.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce flows and custom APEX withAgentforceto deliver high-impact scalableagent workflows.

  • SalesforceCertifiedPlatform Developer 1.

  • Experience with API SOAPmessagingandintegrationwith other enterprise applications.

  • Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile Test- drivendevelopment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce CertifiedRevenue CloudConsultant& Salesforce Platform Developer 2.

  • Significant functional understanding of billingfunctionalities such as collections revenue schedules cash application tax and invoice generation.

  • Experience building custom solutions around SalesforceSteelbrick Revenue Cloud or Zuora Implementations at an enterprise level.

  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g. Lightning Web Components JavaScript frameworks like Angular/jQuery) to enhance the user experience within the platform.

  • Experience integratingSalesforce usingexternal objectsgraphQL and Salesforce Managed Packages limitations.

  • Experience working in a complex multi-cloudor multi-org Salesforce environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to create technical design documents architecturalenterprise design documents and data schema(s).
