Job Summary

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via chat email and phone call
  • Learn and apply product knowledge to support customer needs effectively
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Document customer feedback issues and suggestions accurately
  • Support customer onboarding and education initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain a professional empathetic and solution-oriented tone with customers


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Adequate computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • A positive growth-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Previous customer success experience is a plus but not mandatory
