The HR Manager is responsible for leading the human resources function aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and ensuring a positive compliant and highperformance workplace culture. This role oversees talent acquisition employee relations performance management compensation and HR policy development while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead recruitment efforts workforce planning and succession strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment manage conflict resolution and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems coaching programs and leadership development initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation structures and manage benefits programs to support employee engagement and retention.
  • Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Use datadriven insights to measure HR effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion diversity equity inclusion and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership communication negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • Highly knowledgeable with the Philippine labor laws HR best practices and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to build trust maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Competence in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
