The Role
We are seeking an experiencedSystems Analystwith deep expertise inInfor Warehouse Management System (WMS)andnext-generation fulfillment technologiesto support the design implementation and optimization of our global warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business operations and technology ensuring successful deployment and integration of advanced fulfillment capabilities includingAutomated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) robotics and other automation solutions.
Youll have the opportunity to be part of a high-impact team driving thefuture of fulfillment and warehouse automation leveraging the latest technologies to improve efficiency accuracy and scalability across our global supply chain.
What Youll Do:
  • Lead the analysis configuration and implementation ofInfor WMSsolutions across distribution and manufacturing environments.
  • Partner with business stakeholders warehouse operations and IT teams to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Support theintegration of automated material handling systems including AS/RS pick-to-light AGVs and robotics with WMS and ERP platforms.
  • Develop detailed system documentation including business process flows functional specifications and configuration guides.
  • Participate in system testing data validation and user acceptance activities to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Provide production support troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement in warehouse and fulfillment system performance.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and vendors to evaluate emerging technologies that enhance throughput accuracy and scalability.
  • Train and mentor business users and junior team members on WMS functionality and best practices.

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):
  • Bachelors degreein Information Systems Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 10 yearsof experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role implementing and supportingInfor WMS (preferred)or comparable Tier 1 WMS platforms (Manhattan).
  • Proven experience working withwarehouse automation systemssuch as AS/RS conveyors robotics or autonomous guided vehicles.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations inventory control and fulfillment processes.
  • Hands-on experience withsystem configuration integration and data mapping.
  • Knowledge ofSQL APIs and middlewareused for WMS integration a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Masters Degree in Information Systems Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience withInfor Warehouse Managementand related modules.
  • Proven experience leading and owning medium to large scale supply chain projects with 30 project team members.
  • Exposure toindustry leading supply chain technologies and digital warehouse transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity withRF technologies IoT sensors and analytics toolsfor operational visibility.
  • Project management or Agile delivery experience.

Company Vehicle: Upon successful completion of a motor vehicle report review you will be eligible to participate in a company vehicle evaluation program through which you will be assigned a General Motors vehicle to drive and evaluate. Note: program participants are required to purchase/lease a qualifying GM vehicle every four years unless one of a limited number of exceptions applies.
