Your Role

As a Treasury Operations Specialist at INTRALOT you will support the day-to-day treasury operations of the organization ensuring smooth cash management reliable banking processes and clear visibility over liquidity across all operating entities.

You will work closely with Finance Accounting Legal teams and external partners playing a key role in keeping treasury operations running efficiently in a dynamic multinational environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and managing cash positions across operating entities on a weekly basis

• Supporting and maintaining cash flow forecasts collecting and analyzing data and highlighting potential liquidity risks

• Managing transactional banking relationships worldwide and handling external compliance requests for existing and new bank accounts

• Actively managing commercial payables and receivables between legal entities supporting effective working capital management

• Supporting financing arrangements between legal entities including monitoring documentation and reporting

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all payments ensuring data accuracy and consistency

What were looking for

To succeed in this role you should combine strong analytical skills with a hands-on operational mindset:

• University degree in Finance Accounting or Economics ideally combined with a Masters degree

• 2 years of professional experience in treasury operations treasury analysis or a related finance role preferably in a multinational environment

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced Excel skills and solid Microsoft Office knowledge

• Good familiarity with financial systems (SAP Hyperion or similar)

• Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with multiple stakeholders

• Is comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a complex environment

• Is analytical detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in parallel
