Job Summary

Description

As aICS Production Supervisorhere at Honeywell you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end production operations within our aerospace sector. Your leadership will ensure that production processes are efficient safe and meet quality standards.

You will report directly to ourISC Operations Managerand youll work out of ourRocky Mount NClocation on an onsitework schedule.

In this role you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our production operations. By leading a high-performing team you will ensure that production goals are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily production activities ensuring compliance with safety quality and efficiency standards.
  • Lead and mentor production staff promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Analyze production metrics and implement strategies for process improvement and waste reduction.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3 years of experience in production supervision or management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related field.
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing processes and standards.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in production management.
  • Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
