Responsibilities
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs all duties and functions as CT Level I Outpatient
Proficient at advanced imaging studies and protocols i.e. CT colonography and cardiac exams including CTA coronary studies and TAVR.
Competent in sterile tray set up and techniques
Able to lead and monitor Time Out process for adherence to policy
Participates in modality related task-forces
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
Registered CT Technologist from ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT)
At least 2 years experience as a registered CT Technologist
Basic knowledge of crosssectional anatomy.
Ability to insert intravenous catheter.
Ability to deal tactfully and pleasantly with various types of patients visitors physicians and other personnel.
Certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
