A well-established private dermatology practice in southwest Missouri is expanding due to sustained patient demand and is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its collaborative high-performing team. This is a stable long-term opportunity offering clinical autonomy strong infrastructure and exceptional earning potential.

Opportunity Highlights

Full-time position with flexible 4- or 5-day workweek options
Primarily medical and surgical dermatology in modern well-equipped clinics using EMA
Collaborative practice model with experienced dermatologists APPs and strong clinical leadership
Robust support structure with 34 dedicated medical assistants per provider (rooming scribing documentation)
Compensation model built for productivity: guaranteed base collections-based incentive and long-term growth
