This Customer Service Executive role is all about keeping the wheels turningliterally. From organising fleet operations to ensuring smooth customer experiences youll play a key role in our day-to-day operations.

  • Manage fleet operations and handle branch administration.
  • Plan and coordinate MOT schedules and maintenance programmes.
  • Arrange the delivery and collection of vehicles to and from customers and branches.
  • Support the team with a range of administrative tasks.

About You

Youre organised approachable and thrive in a team environment. With experience in customer serviceyoull bring the skills needed to keep things running smoothly.

  • Confident communicator with a great telephone manner.
  • Strong administrative skills and PC literacy.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working under pressure.
  • A driving licence is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in asset rental distribution or transport is a bonus but not essential.
