Product Specialist Cleaning Machines & Robots
Location: Birmingham (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday Full Time
Salary: per annum
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Product Specialist with expertise in cleaning machines and robots. This is an office-based role in Birmingham where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by providing detailed product knowledge recommendations and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide the team with accurate product information to assist in quoting and recommending products to customers.
Offer expert guidance on cleaning machines and robots helping colleagues understand features benefits and applications.
Support marketing initiatives by contributing product insights and assisting with content related to products.
Assist with adding and maintaining product information on the company website.
Provide a sales edge by offering knowledge-driven support for customer accounts.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure product data is accurate up to date and accessible.
Contribute to quotes and proposals ensuring correct product specifications and pricing are communicated.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong product knowledge of cleaning machinery and robots (technical knowledge not required but familiarity with products is essential).
Some sales and marketing skills ability to support marketing campaigns and provide a sales edge to the team.
Experience with product management or product insight roles is advantageous.
IT literate with confidence using internal systems and websites.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey product information clearly.
