STA - HR Business Partner Corporate Staff Departments Period 6 months (preferably starting in February)
I.Purpose of the function
To deliver a peopleagendathrough close collaboration withHR Communities of Expertise (CoEs) and People Services.Steering on HRBP topics such asorganisationaldesignchange talentmanagementand performance managementbytranslatingtheglobal functionalandglobal HR strategies and priorities into a peopleagenda and deliver outcomes to ensurehuman capital is optimally managed.
This role holder willhave shared responsibilityfor a portfolio oftheglobalRisk functionand/or strategicHR topics effectively integrating global CSDandfunctionalpriorities. The role requires interaction and advice to be given at the highest level including country and global management teams.
II.Key Responsibilities
Responsible together withmanagementfor development and implementation ofthe HRpeopleagendato meetthebusiness requirements
Acts as natural sparring partner of management providing HR supportchallengeand advice to multiple business lines on complexcross border issues involving all relevant stakeholders
Developsorganisationalcapability and leadership succession toanticipatechange in business and leadership requirements and execute the business strategy
Drivesmore robust and transparent performance improvement culture (Step Up)
Partnerswith countries to enableexecution ofHR strategy includingbusiness transformations (e.g.Target Operating Models)
Deploys workforceanalyticsas a way tooptimiseHRdecisions
Managesannual compensation roundfor the assigned global functionin order toretain attract and motivate talent in line with the recognition management framework of the bank
Responsible for strategic recruitment includingexecutivesearches and team hires
Managesglobal regulatory investigations in line with Group policies and in compliance with local legislation includingrepresentingthe bank towards the regulator
Partner with Senior HRD and countriesto drive HR Transformation (HRUnite) and HR capabilityto ensure highly effective and highly efficient HR support to deploy the banks strategy.
