Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Charles
River Investment Management System (CRIMS). The role involves partnering with
investment trading and operations teams to gather requirements design solutions and
support configuration and enhancements within the Charles River platform.
Responsibilities include translating business needs into functional specifications
supporting system integration troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth
front to back investment workflows.

Key Skills
- Requirements gathering documentation and process mapping
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle compliance and portfolio management
- Experience with CRIMS modules (Trading Compliance OMS PMS)
- Ability to create BRDs FRDs user stories and workflow diagrams
- SQL or data analysis skills for issue investigation
- Experience with UAT planning test case creation and execution
- Stakeholder management and cross functional communication
- Problem solving and analytical thinking in fast paced environmentsNice to Have
- Experience working with BlackRock Solutions or Aladdin implementation teams.
- Exposure to IBOR/ABOR processes.
- Knowledge of alternative investment accounting or fund structures.
