Job Title: Enterprise Test Strategy Lead

Location: Phoenix AZ Onsite from Day One
Experience Required: 10 years

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Test Strategy Lead to drive test strategy planning and execution across large complex multi system enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise-scale QA/QE practices test architecture cross-functional leadership and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the overall enterprise test strategy including functional non-functional integration and end to end testing.
Manage and oversee multi-system test programs across multiple teams platforms and business units.
Develop comprehensive test plans test approaches governance frameworks and quality metrics.
Coordinate with project managers architects developers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on test scope timelines and quality objectives.
Drive test automation strategy tool selection and CI/CD integration.
Ensure test teams follow best practices in execution defect management risk mitigation and reporting.
Lead and mentor QA/QE teams including onshore/offshore resources.
Provide strong quality leadership in Agile hybrid or waterfall environments.
Oversee delivery of UAT performance testing security testing and enterprise readiness activities.
Track and communicate quality KPIs to executive stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

10 years overall experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering.
5 years as a Test Manager or Test Lead on large-scale complex enterprise programs.
Proven experience building and managing enterprise-wide testing frameworks.
Strong background in test strategy test planning and enterprise integration testing.
Solid understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP CRM middleware APIs data pipelines and cloud platforms.
Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium Cypress UFT) performance test tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to manage diverse cross-functional teams and drive quality outcomes.
Excellent communication skills and strong leadership presence.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in financial services healthcare or other large regulated industries.
Certifications such as ISTQB CSTE SAFe or Test Management-related credentials.
Exposure to DevOps SRE or advanced QA/QE engineering practices.
