Job Summary

Role - OT / Occupational Therapist
Location - Duval County - Jacksonville
Type - Direct Hire / Full time
Salary - $35 - $40 /Hr
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled School Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Jacksonville. As a key member of our educational support team you will provide essential occupational therapy services to students helping them achieve their full potential in an academic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance students ability to perform daily school activities.
  • Collaborate with teachers parents and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document students progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations for accommodations and modifications.
  • Educate school staff and families on strategies to support students with occupational therapy needs.
Qualifications:
  • Master s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
