Job Summary

Job Title : Application Engineer

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience designing developing and supporting child welfare applications in compliance with SACWIS and/or CCWIS federal regulations.
Hands-on experience developing applications using and Framework 4.0 or higher.
Experience building desktop and enterprise applications using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
Experience developing and consuming services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
Proven experience applying MVC MVVM or similar architectural design patterns in application development.
Strong experience working with Oracle databases (10g or higher) including SQL PL/SQL and the development of stored procedures functions and packages.
Experience performing regression testing and integration testing to ensure application quality and stability.
Experience creating unit tests using Rhino Mocks to support automated testing and code reliability.
