Position: Technical Project Manager (ERP Integration)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a complex ERP integration initiative.
While not a full ERP implementation the scope and technical complexity are comparable. SAP and/or Baan ERP experience is mandatory.
The role requires strong PMI-based project management stakeholder communication and technical coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end ERP integration projects using PMI methodologies
Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets RAID logs and status reports
Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams
Drive project governance risk management and change control
Communicate project status risks and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
Manage dependencies vendors and system integrators as required
Ensure on-time on-budget delivery aligned with enterprise IT standards

Required Skills & Experience

10 years of IT Technical Project Management experience
10 years of ERP project experience
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Baan ERP
Proven experience with ERP implementations and complex integrations
Strong knowledge of PMI project deliverables
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite and lead cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or equivalent certification
Experience with enterprise or manufacturing ERP environments
