Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Functional Architect with strong expertise in Financial Services and Banking to support enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions by driving functional solution architecture business analysis and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional solution architecture design aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards
Engage with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution designs
Perform end-to-end business analysis including process modeling gap analysis and impact assessment
Collaborate with data teams on data analysis data mapping and data flow design
Work closely with technology product and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
Support implementation UAT and post-implementation activities

Ensure compliance with banking regulations risk and control standards
