Restaurant Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor who will work within our Restaurant Department at The Europe Hotel & Resort. As part of the Restaurant team you will be operating at a fast-paced centre of excellence. You will have the opportunity to train and manage new staff members. Duties:
- Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
- Must be a team player with the ability to multi task
- To anticipate guests wants and needs
- To act upon any customer complaints in an efficient manner and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- To have strong product knowledge of all dishes served
- To abide by a flexible work schedule
- To ensure sufficient staffing levels in order to deliver exceptional customer service
- Must be able to act as a self-starter and clearly understand the work priorities
- Responsible for training and supervising staff
- Planning activities that occur within the Restaurant
- Dealing with customer complaints and queries
Must have:
- Previous experience as a food and beverage supervisor or restaurant supervisor within the 5* luxury market essential
- Attention to detail and a strong desire to exceed all our guests expectations
- Excellent personal presentation
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communications skills both oral and written
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Experience with Hotel Software and Computer proficient
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated team
- Resilience and drive to get things right first time
- Excellent command of in English languaage both verbal and written
