The Role & Your Mission:

As an AI Change Manager you will drive organizational readiness acceptance and adoption of AI and/or other innovations. You will connect with the broader tech community and the business and help evangelize the AI-powered solutions for clients worldwide through effective planning stakeholder management communication and training.

We will count on you to:

• Develop execute and monitor change management plans to ensure the adoption of new standards processes and tools related to AI including effective communications and training.
• Lead the identification and analysis of changes business impacts and training needs.
• Consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns facilitating effective communication throughout the transition.
• Co-develop and co-implement communication product marketing and training plans to ensure a seamless integration of new strategies.
• Manage resistance by anticipating challenges and implementing strategies for smooth transitions.

Your Experience & Skills:

• 5 years of working experience in corporate training communication and/or change management preferably in IT and/or tech companies.
• Strong consulting and program management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and SharePoint design.
• Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently at a high level.
• Able to quickly shift gears and work on projects of varying nature with others across different regions levels and functions.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci).
• A lifelong learner with an appetite for deepening your information technology knowledge introducing change and a team player.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Previous working experience in IT or tech companies.
• Strong knowledge and skillset of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Create Cloud.
