- Technical Due Diligence and pre-acquisition surveys
- Contract administration and dilapidations

- Degree in Building Surveying
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial buildings and contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
- Comfortable using digital tools and report-writing technology
