What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety quality and efficiency goals
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company standards
- Foster a culture of safety teamwork and accountability among all team members
- Work hours are Monday thru Friday 6pm to 6am
What Are We Looking For
- Background in aggregates preferred
- Mining experience preferred (crushing screening)
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate teams
- Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions
- Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of operations
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
Work Environment
This role operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures dust and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
