Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sr Service Technician to join our integration business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of security system issues
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex service calls
- Support access control video surveillance and integrated security systems
- Maintain accurate and detailed service documentation
- Ensure high first-time resolution rates and minimal system downtime
- Provide professional customer communication and support
- Assist and support other technicians as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 Years of Experience working in similar technical role
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
- Familiarity with IP/Networking and comfortable navigating various OS evolutions
- Solid understanding of SOWs blueprint drawing comprehension schematics and device installation best practices
- IP Video Based Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Brivo Avigilon Verkada C-CURE Genetec Bosch Eagle Eye Evolve Motorola ButterflyMX Salto DoorKing
- Working knowledge of AMAG Axis and ASSA ABLOY preferred
Salary: $37 - $47 per hour depending on experience.
