The iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is looking for an On-Call Parking Supervisor to join Guest Services Team. Situated on 22 acres along Waikikis broadest stretch of sand with 2860 rooms and 17 food and beverage outlets.

Ideal candidate will have: minimum of one year supervisory two years of customer service cash handling experience previous valet and parking experience are preferred.

Shift Pattern: On Call. Varied (Union role) AM PM Overnight. Fridays Saturdays and open availability required including weekdays weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.

Pay Rate: $32.91 to $41.14.

What will I be doing
As a Parking Supervisor you would be responsible for overseeing valet operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issue in a timely friendly and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all parking transactions are accurate banks are balanced deposits are correct and secured and discrepancies reported.
  • Maintain an inventory of operating supplies.
  • Monitor and maintain all parking equipment and report needed repairs.
  • Perform Valet Parking Attendant duties as needed.
  • Interview train supervise schedule and assist in evaluating team members.
