About the Role
Hands-on leadership roles where you will lead from the front. Combine your passion and skill for creating stunning outdoor spaces with your passion for developing the skills of others.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team
- Schedule prioritise and delegate tasks
- Conduct inspections identify and implement improvements
- Liaise with the client
- Ensure equipment is well-maintained
About You
You will be a hands-on leader with a strong eye for detail and take immense pride in your work. You inspire your team members with your commitment to quality and safety.
- Qualified Horticulturalist at least 5 years experience in creating exceptional gardens
- Have led mentored and coached team members to enhance their skills
- Experience with a wide range of garden maintenance tools and techniques
- Strong commitment to safety
- Drivers license
