Skretting Aquaculture Innovation is looking for a hands-on and solutionoriented Process Operator to join our this role you will be a key contributor in our production of experimental feed and process trials supporting continuous improvement and development at the Skretting AI Feed Technology Plant in Stavanger.
You will become part of a team of nine highly competent colleagues with extensive experience in specialized production. All operators work across the full range of tasks at the facility and report to the Manager at the Feed Technology Plant (FTP).
What youll do:
Receiving and registering raw materials
Operating the mixing department and handling recipes
Operating mixers the mill and the sieving line
Running extruders and the drying line
Coating cooling packing and storage
Forklift operations
Taking samples during and after production
Performing physical analyses of samples
Running mechanical and manual processes on a small scale
Documentation before during and after the process
Supporting colleagues in their daily tasks
Other operational duties
Who were looking for
We are looking for an individual who has strong communication and collaborative skills excellent
planning ability and with a solution-oriented mindset. You should like to work in a fast-paced
environment where you need to be systematic precise reliable and organized.
What you bring:
Certificate of apprenticeship in chemical processing or similar education (Technical Vocational College)
Technical knowledge
T1 T4 truck driving license
Relevant experience within maintenance is an advantage but not a requirement.
