We are seeking a Project Coordinator with strong IoT installation & commissioning experience global project handling and hands-on exposure to vendor management and installation & commissioning.
Experience in global project coordination vendor handling and internal stakeholder coordination is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end IoT project execution from planning to deployment
- Manage vendors and system integrators for hardware procurement installation and commissioning
- Oversee installation testing and commissioning of IoT devices and systems
- Handle international clients and stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Track project schedules milestones risks and dependencies
- Ensure site readiness compliance and quality standards during deployment
- Act as a single point of coordination between clients vendors and internal teams
- Maintain project documentation reports and status updates
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Coordinator / Project Coordinator
- Strong IoT domain experience (devices sensors gateways cloud platforms)
- Experience in vendor management and coordination
- Hands-on experience with installation & commissioning activities
- Experience handling international / global projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
